Our Location

Option A:

• Take the Long Island Expressway East to Exit 49S – Route 110, Melville
  
• Make a right turn onto Route 110 heading south
  
• Make a left at the first traffic signal onto Melville Park Road - 445 Broadhollow Road is a black, glass building on that corner
  
• Make a right turn into the parking lot and rear entrance to the building

Option B:

• Take the Northern State Parkway East to Exit 40, Route 110
  
• Make a right onto Route 110 heading south for approxmiately 1.4 miles
  
• Make a left turn at the second traffic signal after crossing over the Long Island Expressway (Route 495) onto Melville Park Road to 445 Broadhollow Road
  
• Make a right turn into the parking lot and rear entrance to the building

Option A:

• Take the Long Island Expressway West to Exit 49S – Route 110 Melville
  
• Follow Option A above
  

Option B:

• Take the Northern State Parkway to Exit 40, Route 110, Huntington/Melville
  
• Make a left turn onto Route 110 heading south
  
• Follow Option B above
